Who is Jesus? And why does he matter in the world today?
Most people know something about Jesus. However, few have read through the Bible’s account of his life, found in the Gospels. It means that people are left to form their understanding of Jesus based on movies, TV shows or Christmas Carols.
In reality, our world has been immeasurably shaped by the life of Jesus and for that reason, it’s worth finding out more about him.
Christianity Explored is a short course that looks at the things Jesus actually said and did. We read through the Gospel of Mark to see for ourselves what took place.
Those that join the course can sit and take in the discussion or ask questions. Time for questions is so helpful to explore how events from 2000 yrs ago still matter so much today.
The course run once a week for 7-weeks from 730pm to 9pm. Tea, coffee and supper will be served.
